my grandparents struggled to put food on the table and my grandma worked for years with a couple of college classes worth of education (not a degree) but they had and raised 7 children and the kids didnt go hungry and afaik neithwr did they my grandfather wanted to go to seminary but his father refused to allow it like that happened and not even that long ago
